Nicklos Curtis-Michael Smith, stage name Curtis Young born on the 24th, May 1990 in Montserrado County, Liberia.  Curtis Yung a Maryland County native, is a Hip-hop/Hipco Rapper who focuses his lyrics on motivating and painting a romantic love imagery in his lyrics. Curtis Young is influenced by Hip-hop rappers like Papoose, J. Cole, 50 Cent, Jadakiss, Nas, and Fabulous.

2015 was his breakthrough in the Liberia music industry with mixtapes, some of his famous songs were the native man (Classic man cover) which features Lib young icon Quincy B n Krizto. In January 2018, Curtis Yung dropped industry obituary “Memory Lane” a tribute to Liberia’s falling heroes such as Legendary Ras K, Quincy B, Madison Kear and Tarees Eugene. This single exploded with 111229 downloads.
